Kumo Cycles is a practice based on refinement of craft, precision, and design, while never losing sight of the end goal—riding.

Extensive testing and prototyping are undertaken to create bikes that the builder would want to ride. This work is predominantly focused on bikepacking framesets, as backcountry travel is the kind of riding that inspires and drives the practice itself.
